For the construction of the Fender Standard Telecaster HH, Fender uses the ingredients established since the 1950s. Accordingly, the electric guitar has an alder body which is screwed to the maple neck as usual. With the "Modern C" profile, it offers extremely smooth playability. Another special feature is the South American Pau Ferro fretboard, which combines high hardness with the tonal properties of rosewood.

Two Fender Blacktop humbuckers in neck and bridge position are used as pickups on the Fender Standard Tele HH. Not only warm, singing sounds are available for classical blues, but also for driving high gain rock. The pickups convince with an assertive midrange spectrum and a lively attack. But also the classic twang doesn't miss out: both humbuckers can be split by a pull of the tone pot, so that authentic single coil sounds can be heard from the amplifier.

Hardware equipment with Strat-Hardtail

Furthermore, the Fender Standard Telecaster HH convinces with a high-quality hardware equipment, whose indestructible functionality guarantees a long lasting joy of playing. A hardtail bridge borrowed from the Stratocaster sits on the body, which supports the crisp attack of the electric guitar with strings guided through the body. In addition, six string riders made of bent sheet steel guarantee an exact adjustment of intonation and string position. At the headstock, the strings are also guided via the synthetic bone saddle to the precise Fender die-cast mechanisms.
