The Fender Vintera '60s Jazzmaster Modified PF Surf Green combines the design and sound characteristics of the original flagship model from the 1960s with modern details in playing comfort and handling. Fender uses an Alder body with a traditional offset design, while the bolt-on Maple neck with the flat "Modern C" profile and the Pau Ferro fretboard with 9.5" radius and medium jumbo frets support classical and modern playing techniques. Blessed with increased output, two Fender Vintage-Style '60s Hot Jazzmaster single-coil pickups deliver powerful guitar sounds with high transparency and lively dynamics. As usual, lead and rhythm circuits are available for a wide range of sounds. The lead circuit provides both pickups with the classic 3-way circuit, while in the rhythm circuit only the neck pickup is active with its own volume and tone pots. Last but not least, the Fender Vintera '60s Jazzmaster Modified uses the classic vintage-style "floating" tremolo, which has a smoother handling due to its closer placement to the Adjusto-Matic bridge.
