The Fender Vintera II '70s Jaguar MN Black represents the agile short-scale design penned by Leo Fender and showcases authentic seventies specifications. With a slim offset design, extensive circuitry and historically correct visual appointments, the Vintera II '70s Jaguar turns out to be the perfect companion for indie and alt-rock fans and features particularly pleasant playability, multi-faceted sounds and iconic Fender style. including gig bag!
With a shortened 24" scale and an additional 22nd fret, the Fender Vintera II '70s Jaguar MN Black offers particularly agile playing characteristics.
Offset Body & '70s Maple Neck
Although the basic construction of the body follows the ergonomic Offset-Design of the Jazzmaster, the classic Jaguar has its very own playing characteristics. These include the comparatively shorter scale length of 24" and the extended range of 22 frets to make lead techniques like bending particularly easy. On the back, the late-'70s 'C' neck profile provides a fitting base for the thumb of the fretting hand, while the classic 7.25" fretboard radius evokes proven Fender playability.
Vintage-Style '70s Jaguar Single Coils & Dual-Circuit-Wiring
With its two vintage-style '70s Jaguar single coils, the Fender Vintera II '70s Jaguar MN Black is quite capable of conjuring up a versatile tonal image, whereby it knows how to skilfully assert itself in numerous genres. The wiring also plays a not insignificant role here, as it provides separate control units with the two switchable rhythm and lead circuits and an additional 'Strangle' switch for switching a bass cut. Completing the Fender Vintera II '70s Jaguar MN Black is a classic 'floating' tremolo and six vintage-style tuners.
