Fast routing thanks to the Patch app
The Flock Audio Patch is a compact and fully analog patchbay that can be controlled via USB and the corresponding application. The Patch app offers a clear and patented matrix technology with which signal paths can be conveniently routed and managed. This makes it easy to maintain an overview, as it is no longer necessary to use an infinite number of patch cables. The supplied index setup sheet is also helpful for routing, allowing you to make a note of your connections.
The device offers a total of 32 inputs and 32 outputs with D-Sub connectors, whereby channels 31 and 32 can also be routed to the inputs and outputs on the front panel if you want to connect an instrument directly to the Patch via the combo sockets. If more channels are required after a while, up to eight (also different) patch units can be connected.
If the Patch is connected to the Patch app, it immediately recognizes which model it is and allows it to be controlled. This means that routing options can be created, saved and recalled in a matter of seconds - without any impedance problems. The Patch can also be integrated into an existing Patch system; instructions can be found on the official Flock Audio website.
