The Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 is an USB audio interface of the second generation of the Scarlett series. It is equipped with 18 In- and 8 Outputs as well as some very handy features like latencyfree monitoring, individual volume control for the two headphone Outputs and many more. The Scarlett 18i8 got 4 microphone- / intrument- / Line-Inputs, MIDI I/O, an ADAT Input and S/PDIF I/O. Furthermore it comes with 8 Line- and 2 headphone Outputs. The 18i8 mk2 also features the out-standing Scarlett mic preamps and the high-quality audio recording resolution like the whole Scarlett model series of audio interfaces.
