The Furch Limited 2017 Dreadnought comes exclusively with exclusive tone woods and presents an exotic appearance and an exqusite sound. Accordingly, the ceiling is equipped with a solid alpine spruce ceiling and a solid body of African padauk. The result is an astonishingly balanced sound with powerful and clearly defined basses, vocal and nuanced mids, as well as crystal-clear highs.
The Gotoh 510 Silver Patina tuners with a ratio of 21:1 provide fine tuning and tuning stability, while a compensated TUSQ bridge inlay ensures optimum resonance transmission and a flat string position. The bridge, the fingerboard and the headstock have been finished with another exotic wood with a unique grain - Ziricote from the Mexican lowlands. The body, fingerboard and top plate are rounded off with a fine binding of Koa. This Hawaiian wood was also used for the rosette, fretboard and front position markings. Last but not least, this exotic beauty comes in a suitcase.
