Flexible monitor positioning for professional installations

The Genelec 8000-442B is atelescopic ceiling mount for numerous loudspeaker models in the Genelec 8x0x Series, the 4000 Series and the G Series.

With three selectable mounting lengths of 40, 50 or 60 centimetres, the position of the loudspeakers can be flexibly adapted to the specific room layout. The mount allows for a tilt of 0 to 90 degrees and lateral rotation of 45 degrees to the left and right. This enables the sound to be precisely directed towards the listening position, regardless of whether the speakers are mounted above a workstation, a mixing position or in a fixed installation.

A clean look thanks to integrated cable management

To ensure a tidy appearance, the ceiling mount features a hollow support system through which speaker cables can be routed directly inside. Visible cable runs are minimised, giving installations a much more professional look.

For horizontal and vertical speaker mounting

The Genelec 8000-442B supports both horizontal and vertical mounting of compatible loudspeakers. This ensures full flexibility in terms of alignment and positioning. A suitable T-adapter is included as standard. For the Genelec 8320 and 8330 models, the 8000-454B adapter plate is also required.
