Gibraltar Acryl Sound Shield GDS-5, Wand zur Schallabschirmung

The 5-part sound insulation wall GDS-5 made of acrylic from Gibraltar can be placed in front of a drum kit to isolate the sound of the drumset during a recording or live concert. The overall volume of a band or orchestra is significantly reduced by the GDS-5 sound barrier and it also has the positive additional effect that the individual signals from the drums and other instruments can be captured more clearly by minimizing crosstalk.

It can also be placed behind the drums to better reflect and round off the sound, for example in an outdoor location, towards the audience. The 5 transparent acrylic panels are each 167 cm high and 60 cm wide and are connected to a wall by flexible connectors. In the lower area of the Gibraltar GDS-5 sound barrier, there are two circular cut-outs for easy cabling and microphone placement.
