Gibson 1968 SJ-200 Vintage Sunburst

The limited edition Gibson 1968 SJ-200 VS is a re-designed solid super jumbo from the year of the same name. All handmade details come to life with this acoustic guitar: A thin layer of nitrocellulose lacquer, a superbly selected Sitka spruce top, a body of chic curly maple, as well as Mother of Pearls graduated crowns on the fingerboard and engraved flowers on the pickguard give this guitar a breath-taking look.

But the "King of the Flat Tops" does not only have a lot to offer visually. The Super-Jumbo body in combination with the body woods deliver powerful and warm bass, striking and taut mids and clear highs. In addition, gold-plated Grover Rotomatic tuners provide stability and precision of pitch, whilst a compensated bone bridge insert provides optimal resonance transmission. The L.R. Baggs VTC pickup, which grants natural dynamics and harmonic balance, is available for amplified stage sound. Last but not least, a case is already included in the scope of delivery.
