Compact Custom Shop acoustic guitar with short 580 mm scale length in all solid construction with pickup system and including case
The Gibson B-25 VCS Vintage Cherry Sunburst is an extremely accurate replica of the compact Gibson sound miracle produced between 1962 and 1977, producing a clean and powerful sound due to its all solid construction. The construction, consisting of a Sitka spruce top and a mahogany body, produces a warm sound which is particularly pronounced in the mid frequencies due to the small size of the body and develops quickly thanks to a wafer-thin nitrocellulose finish. In combination with the short scale length of 580 mm, the round mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard can be played easily and courteously, so that even extensive finger patterns can be easily mastered. Clean intonation is ensured by a saddle and a 41 mm wide nut made of bone, which are matched to each other with millimetre precision and perfectly embody the craftsmanship of the manufacturer. The Grover nickel tuners set into the characteristic head plate allow precise tuning of the six steel strings and historically perfect tuning of the instrument with their cream-coloured butterbean buttons. A further highlight is the built-in L.R. Baggs Lyric pickup system, which allows the acoustic sound of the guitar to be amplified to its full potential. The delivery includes a sturdy case, a Gibson Accessory Kit and a certificate of authenticity.
