First introduced in 1954 as an affordable Les Paul for beginners, the Junior quickly proved itself across genres from blues and classic rock to punk and alternative rock, thanks to its P-90 Dog Ear pickup. The pickup features a more open coil winding, delivering the clarity of a single coil while offering output close to a humbucker. Combined with warm overdrive or mid-gain distortion, the Les Paul Junior produces a highly defined sound that brings out every nuance of sophisticated riffs and expressive lead lines. The guitar comes complete with a matching case.

Robust nickel hardware including a wraparound bridge and vintage Deluxe tuners keeps the guitar in tune while ensuring clean intonation.
