Accordingly, the artificially aged nitrocellulose finish conceals the traditional construction with a one-piece mahogany body, maple top and mahogany neck with long Neck tenon and Palisander fingerboard. With two Gibson custombucker pickups, an absolutely unadulterated PAF sound is available on the amplifier, whose lively dynamics lend classical blues and Rock enormous expressiveness. Last but not least, the Gibson Les Paul Standard Figured Murphy Aged is equipped with a Gibson ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, a tailpiece Aluminium and Kluson Deluxe Vintage mechanics.
Only exquisite materials Gibson Les Paul Standard Figured Top are used for the construction. Accordingly, the body is made in one piece from light mahogany, while the maple top is joined in two parts. The mahogany neck also features a Palisander fingerboard and the traditional "Long Neck Tenon" neck foot, which extends to below the neck pickup to support even sustain. All wood joints are also made with Hide Glue, which promotes resonance transmission and contributes to the lively sound of the electric guitar.

As authentic recreations of the legendary "Patend Applied For" Humbucker , short PAFs, from the golden era of guitar building, they deliver thanks to Alnico 3 magnets and authentic manufacturing technology a lively sound with a silky range of highs and vocal mids, which supports singing blues licks and powerful riffs equally. The hand-wired circuit is also equipped with Bumblebee capacitors, so that a variety of sweetly singing Les Paul sounds can be adjusted using the separate volume and tone controls.
Last but not least, the Gibson Les Paul Standard Figured Top Tom Murphy Painted & is equipped with Aged authentic Hardware equipment. On the body, the strings are guided by a light Aluminium - Stopbar over the traditional ABR -1 Tune -O-Matic bridge, which allows a precise adjustment of intonation and string position. Behind the Nylon saddle the strings also find Single band Kluson Deluxe mechanics.
