For example, the neck of all the Traditional series guitars have the typical neck profiles and the traditional neck width of 1.687 "and 42.8 mm respectively, while the strings are passed through a proven upper-nut to the robust Vintage Kluson style tuners that replace the G-Force system.
The pickup selection oft he Gibson SG Standard 2016 includes a 490R Humbucker in the neck and a 498T Humbucker in the bridge position. These modern interpretations of the legendary PAFs deliver a powerful, warm sound, which is exceptional well suited for classic Blues and modern Rock.

I was also surprised by the middle position (with neck vol slightly turned down), that sounds just great for jazz.
