With the strictly limited run Gibson Southern Jumbo 2018, the traditional manufacturer offers an acoustic guitar that enjoys great popularity in the country and blues scene with its striking mids. In addition, the shortened scale length of 628mm ensures soft playability, while the flat "slim taper" neck profile lies comfortably in the hand. A compensated bridge inlay made of Graph Tech TUSQ provides a clean intonation and a flat string position, whilst nickel-plated Grover Rotomatic tuners ensure tuning stability and precise tuning.

In a classic manner, the solid Gibson Southern Jumbo comes with a Sitka spruce top and a mahogany body. Thus this round-shoulder resonates with clear and defined basses, striking and vocal mids, as well as brilliant highs. For stage use the L.R. Baggs VTC pickup is available, which scores with natural dynamics and harmonic balance. Last but not least, an original Gibson case is included.
