The Session features a rock Maple neck with a Rosewood fingerboard, Canadian Laurentian Basswood body, two Godin GS-1 single-coils housed in a vintage white pickguard and a Godin humbucker in the bridge, along with a five-way switch, one volume and one push/pull tone knob that splits the humbucker.
