The Gretsch Electromatic Jet Bristol Fog at a glance
Hardly any other model combines classic Gretsch styling with brute humbucker power as skillfully as the Gretsch Electromatic Jet. The solidbody electric guitar from Gretsch's Electromatic collection has a mahogany body with a resonance chamber in the classic Jet design, which is finished with a curved maple top. In addition, a glued mahogany neck with a sporty performance C-profile and a rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets are part of the basic construction of the Electromatic Jet. The duo of two Gretsch PureVolt Twin Six humbuckers provide the extra portion of steam on the amplifier. The two double coilers are equipped with a Treble Bleed Circuit and have separate coil split switches, which are switched via the push/pull function of the two tone controls. The Gretsch Electromatic Jet is completed by a LockDown Wraparound Bridge and six die-cast tuners in a uniform nickel look.
