The Gretsch G5230T Electromatic Jet FT Single-Cut Bigsby (Firebird Red) is the latest in the 65-year tradition of the legendary single-cut model and offers its tonal quintessence at an outstanding price/performance ratio. This electric guitar has a Mahogany body and generous resonance chambers which, in combination with the Black Top Filter'Tron pick-ups, promise classic Blues, Rock and Rockabilly sounds. The glued Mahogany neck is in the slim "Thin U" profile also offers optimum playing characteristics. A traditional Bigsby B-50 vibrato completes the Gretsch G5230T Electromatic Jet FT.

The Gretsch Jet turned up immaculate and with the action and intonation spot on. The build quality on these guitars is very hard to beat, I just find it impossible to fault for the money. Great sound also, the black filtrons seem to handle every tone I want to get out of it, great clean tone through a Vox.
