Available in a strictly limited edition, the Gretsch G6129TG-59VS LTD Sparkle Jet String-Thru Bigsby Red Sparkle takes inspiration from the golden era of Gretsch in the late 1950s and early 1960s. This solid-body electric guitar, crafted in Japan, retains the classic features of that period while incorporating modern upgrades. The body combines solid mahogany and maple following the traditional Gretsch construction, while two TV Jones Ray Butts Ful-Fidelity pickups in the neck and bridge positions deliver the iconic Filter'Tron sound. A standout feature is the Bigsby B3GP String-Thru Vibrato. Its innovative string-thru design makes string changes easy and enhances the vibrato response. All hardware, including the Bigsby, has a uniform gold finish that beautifully complements the elegant Red Sparkle nitrocellulose lacquer. The guitar comes complete with a hardshell case.
