Gretsch USA Custom Limited Shell-Set Exotic River Cypress

Limited custom drumset from Gretsch with Exotic River Cypress Veneer

The Gretsch USA Custom Limited Shell Set Exotic River Cypress is a high-end drum set limited to 30 pieces with exquisite veneer. Noble cypresses were used to obtain this veneer. Due to the fact that the trees have been standing in water for between 50 and 150 years, an incomparable grey patina has formed. Only 30 USA custom drum kits were ever built by Gretsch in this configuration. The Gretsch Formula shells are made of 6 layers of Maple/Gum, which are finished with the Exotic River Cypress finish. The inside of the drum shells has the Silver Sealer Interior. The typical Gretsch 30° bearing edge offers full sound with vintage character and professional tuning. Cast hoops on snare/toms and focus the sound and round off this noble high-end drum kit in a sensible way. Besides the 18 x14" bass drum, a 12"x8" tom with mount and tom holder and a 14"x14" floor tom are included. The snare drum is 14"x5" in size.
