The HK Audio Stand Tube PA Speaker Stand Extension Rod 70-145cm is a useful accessory used for adding more height to PA speaker stands. It can add between 70 and 145cm of height to your stand.

Good sturdy material, but minimal dimensions are wrong.
I bought this extension rod because it was only one I could find with minimal length of 700mm. But, this is not correct.
Minimal length is:
-89cm if you set it at a lowest stop-hole.
-87cm if you set it below stop-hole, resting completely on an outer pipe rim
-even when you subtract 7-9cm length which goes when lower part is inserted fully into 35mm socket, it is still around 80cm minimal height
-Pipes are a bit thick, so careful with getting it into receptacles of other equipment (either upper or lower side). It's a very tight fit.
-inner tube has no distancers on lower part, so it rattles around when set low.
All in all, wouldn't recommend it there are much better and more correctly-mdimensioned products for less money.
