The construction of the Höfner Ignition Club Bass SE follows the historical guidelines of the sixties. The practical resonance body made of laminated maple carries a top made of laminated spruce and promises together with the short 30" scale length (762 mm) a particularly sonorous sound with authentic vintage character. The Shortscale construction together with the surprisingly slim profile of the glued maple neck provides buttery smooth playing characteristics.
