The TONEX One is an ultra-compact modeling stompbox that is a true all-rounder, offering numerous features, outstanding sound quality, and a wide range of applications. Thanks to its practical size, the TONEX One fits on any pedalboard and is suitable not only for live use but also as an audio interface via its USB-C port, allowing spontaneous song ideas to be recorded directly into a DAW. Additionally, over 20,000 settings can be downloaded for free from Tone.net, providing almost limitless sound possibilities. With this versatility, the TONEX One can replace individual pedals, serve as an amp replacement, or function as a dedicated preamp.
The TONEX One features 20 on-board tone models, three user preset slots, and two operation modes (Dual Mode and A/B switching), all within a user-friendly interface. Despite its simple design, the pedal offers numerous features in a compact housing. A main volume/gain control is centrally positioned, while three mini controls above it function as a 3-band EQ and can also adjust secondary parameters. The free ToneX 1.5 update introduces new improvements and 15 additional sound models. Overall operation has been streamlined for a smoother workflow. The update includes 15 new effects: two delays, chorus, flanger, tremolo, phaser, rotary (all with tap tempo), six reverbs, a compressor, and a noise gate. Additionally, seven effect blocks can now be configured as pre- or post-effects, offering near-limitless options to fine-tune the sound to your preference.
