For those who care about sound

The IMG Stageline STA-400D has actually been designed for sound reinforcement applications, but is perfectly suited for use with medium-sized passive loudspeakers. This is because the stereo power amplifier houses power amplifier modules from the Belgian high-end manufacturer Hypex with an output power of 180W RMS maximum per channel at 8Ohms - ideal even for older monitoring systems. It convinces not only with excellent electrical values for a power amplifier of this performance class, but also due to its sonic characteristics. The bass is reproduced full and tight, mids and treble linear and clean, as you would expect from a modern power amplifier.

The fans mounted on the back are temperature controlled. Due to the fact that the waste heat of a Class-D power amplifier depends exclusively on the active power, the fans are continuously shut down at low listening volumes so that they do not impair the sound experience in any way.
