More Delay is not possible!
With the Layer Delayer, Ibanez presents an innovative stereo delay that combines classic echo sounds with modern sound design possibilities. Unlike conventional delay pedals, the Layer Delayer generates 16th note and triplet repeats in addition to the actual quarter note delay, the volume of which can be controlled independently and even boosted by up to 3 dB. This creates complex rhythmic delay structures ranging from subtle ambient textures to experimental soundscapes. Stereo inputs and outputs as well as an integrated FX loop allow external effects to be integrated directly into the delay signal path. Furthermore, the pedal has eight different auto-panning modes, including ping-pong, left-to-right and right-to-left panning with adjustable sweep speed and width. Thanks to MIDI in/through, all parameters can be controlled externally and synchronized via MIDI clock. 20 factory presets and a total of 50 memory locations make the Ibanez Layer Delayer a versatile tool for guitarists, bassists, keyboardists and sound designers.
