With the Ibanez Standard BTB846F-DTL Fretless Deep Twilight Low Gloss, Ibanez is launching a fretless six-string with a real noble bass feeling. Based on an elaborate neck-through construction, the electric bass features a five-piece maple walnut neck flanked by okoumé and ash body wings. In addition, a burl poplar top underlines the elegant look of the instrument. Fretlined, the fretless Jatoba fingerboard delivers the indulgent fretless sound and makes it easy to safely intonate any note. In addition, two passive Bartolini BH-2 humbuckers transmit the singing fretless tone to the amplifier in detail and with organic response, while the active 3-band equalizer with mid-frequency switch helps to sensitively adjust the timbre.
