Electric guitar with retro design and Core Tone humbuckers
The Ibanez RC520 Roadcore Electric Guitar Navy Metallic is a 6-string model released for NAMM 2017 that incoporates a classic, retro design with modern playability. The Roadcore's individual round-profiled neck facilitates comfort and playability with a responsive and familiar feel. This guitar is equipped with custom-designed Core-Tone pickups that produce a warm, yet cutting sound. The push/pull controls add sound and tonal variations for both pickups.
An RC maple neck is fitted to this guitar via a traditional plate joint featuring a metal plate with four screws. The RC220 has an all-slab body with dual binding to deliver a classic look and vintage vibe. Sure Grip knobs are included to enable precise control with nonslip functionality along with a smooth, classic look. A Graph Tech nut is also included that offers a lower friction to keep you in tune and produce a clearer sound and sustain.

This guitar is a breath of fresh air! As a strat player this guitar offers something different but yet with a feel similar to the Fender with 25.5 inch scale, 9.5 inch radius and a comfy C neck profile. After a bit of setting up, it plays effortlessly and feels great. 2 coil tap humbuckers actually sound great when split, puts you in strat territory but yet with it's own individual voice, with both coils going you get a warm vintage humbucking tone with plenty of character. This is a fine instrument and unbelievable for the price. Great service from this seller!!
