Ibanez Standard RG470AHM-BMT Blue Moon Burst with Quantum pickups and Edge Zero II tremolo system
The Ibanez Standard RG470AHM-BMT from the RG Standard series combines modern design with practical and comfortable handling, which means that guitarists from heavier climes can expect a real sound monster. The attention is immediately drawn to the sleek design and the HSH pickup equipment, which consists of two Quantum humbuckers in the neck and bridge position and a Quantum single coil in the middle position. The pickups can be changed versatilely via a 5-way switch. The sound of the Quantum pickups is characterized above all by crisp mids and precise highs, which guarantees an assertive sound character. The body of the Ibanez Standard RG470AHM-BMT is made of ash and offers sufficient stability for the renowned Wizard III maple neck, which offers plenty of room for fast riffs and deep Chords with its maple fingerboard and 24 jumbo frets. The bridge consists of an Edge-Zero II tremolo system, which guarantees reliable tuning stability - even after exhausted solos, brutal bendings or the deepest dive bombs, the intonation remains precisely in tune. Ideal for hard rock to heavy metal, the Ibanez Standard electric guitar delivers practical comfort and is therefore particularly suitable for fast guitar playing in the modern heavy music landscape.
The Ibanez Standard RG470AHM-BMT Blue Moon Burst offers a high level of playing comfort for fast guitar playing at a harder pace
This guitar looks so good in real life it's ridiculous! The neck is very smooth, and the whole thing is HEAVY. I was choosing between this and Jem Jr, and this one feels much better. You can definitely see that the paint it not 100% perfect on the back of the guitar, but you have to inspect the thing real close to spot that. Bought for alternative tuning, so far very happy with the purchase.
