The X-Ray Silence Ride 20" is a low-noise cymbal made of B20 bronze, specially designed for low volumes. Due to the many holes, the X-Ray Silence Ride cymbals are much quieter than conventional cymbals. This makes them particularly suitable for practice, rehearsal rooms, performances in small venues or as an ear-friendly variant for drum teachers and students. The X-Ray Silence Ride is built in such a way that, despite the many holes, an authentic playing feel is conveyed. That's why extra wide edges on the bell and on the outermost edge of the cymbal have been kept free of holes to guarantee a stroke and playing feel similar to its undrilled counterpart.
