The optical system ensures high light output and precise projection due to a double condensor optics. The recommended lamp, a double-ended HMI 575GS, fits perfectly into the lampholder and needs no adjustment to reach best performance. The hardware features impress by their 3pin and 5pin XLR connectors, Camloc connectors on omega-brackets and lids and the unique JB-lighting slide-in technology. Maintenance work is a matter of minutes without requirement of special tools. The Varyscan P6 is available either with magnetic or electronic ballast. The main advantages of the model with electronic ballast are less weight, more light output and a prolonged lamp lifetime.
