The Jackson JS Series Kelly Bird Bass IV JS2 AM Tobacco Sunburst is the perfect choice for bassists looking for a chic and powerful sounding bass for rock and metal. This 4-string bass with classic Kelly shape features a mahogany body with bolt-on maple neck. The slim neck profile of the Speed Neck ensures best playability up to the higher positions of the 21-fret amaranth fretboard. This is where the modern compound fretboardradius comes into play, which increases from 12" at the nut to 16"at the end of the fretboard. In terms of sound, however, two Jackson High Output humbuckers deliver enormous power with a healthy dose of grit. They have separate volume controls and a Master Tone control to find the right sound in every band mix.
