To give the X Series Kelly KEX comfortable handling and a powerful sound, Jackson manufactures the electric guitar in an elaborate neck-through construction. Thanks to the "speed neck" profile and the compound radius, which becomes flatter towards the high fretboard positions, the full-length maple neck reinforced with graphite rods offers extremely agile playing characteristics that make interlaced riffs and lightning-fast solos child's play. The Kelly electric guitar also has body wings made of lightweight poplar wood.
While two high-output humbuckers provide juicy distortion sounds, the Floyd Rose Special tremolo impresses with its unshakeable tuning stability.
