The Jackson X Series
Jackson X Series Signature Adrian Smith SDX IL Snow Whitegreat overall instrument!!!!!!!!!!! nice hambucker pick up,close enough to dimarzio super distortion but weak single coils...the floyd rose stays in tune even after a wild abuse but the highlight is the neck!!! it is sooooo fast neck and with a great feel!!!!!youll njoy playing it!!!!!!!!!
I bought this guitar to train and Im happy with it. Original strings are very bad, but all the rest have a good quality... anyway still thnking that a Fender Squier with some upgrades (I have one) are a better deal...
I own, between other guitars, a Fender Stratocaster Custom Shop Historic 1957 and a Jackson Soloist SL2H, both made in USA.
Jackson Adrian Smith is the middle way between these 2 guitars:
- the Fender alder body and bolt-on maple neck/fretboard (with Jackson 12-16 compound radius, speed-neck profile)
- Floyd Rose original tremolo
- SuperDistortion at bridge
Neck finish is different: "unfinished" or satin-like neck feel compared to the gloss finish of my Stratocaster.
Excellent setup from the factory.
