With the Scott Ian King V KVXT, Jackson presents a new signature model from the founding member of the legendary trash metal icons Anthrax. Scott Ian has stood for punchy riffs and an unmistakable sound with plenty of power for over four decades. The KVXT captures exactly this character - with high-quality hardware components, well thought-out details and the unique V-shape, the instrument is a real eye-catcher on any stage. The two Jackson high-output humbuckers provide two pickups that process high-gain sounds wonderfully and deliver the aggressive trash-metal punch. The new Gloss Black finish with gold-colored hardware, speed knobs and matching black Pickguard rounds off the overall look with a classy touch.

The body of the KVXT is made of mahogany and is complemented by a full-length maple neck, which has been reinforced with a scarf joint and graphite rods - a guarantee for maximum stability, even during intensive live performances. The scale length of 24.75" ensures a compact playing feel, allowing frets in high registers to be reached quickly. While the rosewood fingerboard with 12"-16" compound radius and 22 jumbo frets enables fluid chord changes and lightning-fast solos in equal measure, the classic pearloidblock inlays provide visual highlights. The closed Jackson die-cast tuners and the pointed King V headstock with 6-row tuners ensure optimum tuning stability. An adjustable TOM-style bridge with fixed tailpiece guarantees precise intonation and reliable performance.
