With the unusual Kala KA JTE 2TS the manufacturer enriches its ukulele range with an arch-top ukulele in tenor size with a unique design and extensive details. Due to its special construction consisting of an arched spruce top with F-holes and a mahogany body, the instrument produces a very warm sound. As with a traditional arch-top guitar, the attack is short and crisp and fades out quickly, making this ukulele perfect for striking chords. The flat mahogany neck with a black walnut fretboard in combination with a nut and a saddle made of GraphTech NuBone promises perfect intonation over the whole scale length of 431 mm and excellent playability in all positions. In addition to the characteristic F sound holes, other highlights of the instrument include elaborate pearloid bindings, precisely geared tuners with black knobs and a Kala UK-300TR pickup system. The Kala KA JTE 2TS Ukulele is rounded off with an authentic Tobacco Burst finish.
