The Kala U-Bass SUB5FS-SBK Gloss Black is a compact Solid Body Bass Ukulele, which surprises with its adult and sonorous sound. By combining the specially designed Pahoehoe strings with the Shadow U-Bass NFX pickup system, the Ukulele bass delivers a powerful sound when playing amplified bass, with a deep bass foundation and powerful midrange that are reminiscent of a double bass. An active 2-band tone control is available for fine-tuning the sound. Hipshot Ultralite mechanics with adapted winding axes also ensure an exact and stable tuning of the ukulele bass.
