The Pro DI 10P from Klark Teknik is a passive DI box.

The front of the DI box is equipped with a 1/8" TRS connector and stereo connector, and a volume control for the unbalanced sound of the stereo connector.

On the back is a 3-pin XLR output connector with lift and earth switch to eliminate the ground loop problem.
