The Klotz LX2-5X1K2-25.0 DMX cable with a 15 m length is designed for reliable lighting control signal transmission in theatres and on stages. Its excellent performance is ensured by high-quality OT2000 meterware and robust Klotz connectors.

What are the advantages of OT2000 meterware?

Klotz OT2000 combines interference immunity, flexibility, and durability. The twisted pairs of cores prevent interference from external electromagnetic sources. Unlike parallel cores, the twisted design maintains signal stability even over longer distances. The cable also meets the required DMX characteristic impedance of 110 ohms, and the spiral shield provides additional protection against interference.

Cotton threads integrated into the pair windings and the PVC outer jacket give the cable high flexibility and excellent reeling properties, while the PVC sheathing ensures durability and mechanical robustness.

And the plugs?

The 5-pin Klotz plugs feature nickel-plated housings and a colour-coded coding ring for easy identification. Silver-plated contacts provide excellent conductivity, ensuring reliable signal transmission.
