It’s constructed using Klotz’s proven MY204 microphone cable and comes fitted with a Bantam miniature jack plug and a Neutrik 6.3 mm stereo jack.

The MY204 cable used in this patch and microphone cable features a slim outer diameter of just 4.6 mm, offering excellent flexibility—ideal for tight spaces or dense setups. Despite its compact size, it boasts a rugged construction. A tinned copper braided shield enhances tensile strength and, combined with symmetrical signal routing, ensures outstanding protection against interference. Its low capacitance of only 75 pF/m further contributes to high signal fidelity.

What is balanced signal routing?
Balanced signal transmission is essential in professional audio applications—such as recording studios—because it ensures noise-free signal integrity, even over long distances. Balanced cables carry the same signal over two conductors with inverted polarity. Any external interference affects both conductors equally, allowing it to be effectively cancelled out through differential processing. This results in cleaner audio with minimal noise.
