The Korg B2+ SP at a glance
The B2+ SP from Korg is a beautiful stage piano with an 88-key hammer action keyboard and a 2x 15 watt stereo speaker system. The NH keyboard used has a natural weighting and adjustable velocity. The easy-to-play instrument is aimed at beginners and professionals alike and offers 12 different sounds, which can be enhanced with reverb and Chorus effects if required. Whether classical, jazz, pop or in a band context, the sounds it contains can be used in many styles. The high polyphony of 120 voices is particularly useful for experienced players who play faster or when playing in pairs. This prevents played notes from being swallowed. The integrated metronome can be switched on at any time to provide rhythmic orientation when practicing. If you want to use the B2+ SP in combination with a DAW for composing, you will benefit from the USB connection, which transmits MIDI and audio. Thanks to the included music holder, the Korg B2+ SP can not only hold sheet music, but also smartphones and tablets. For iOS devices (Apple), the Korg software Gadget 2 Le DAW and modules are included free of charge. This allows you to go into detail with your skills right from the start, play other sounds in the software and also make recordings. The whole thing is rounded off by the free online piano lessons "Skoove-Premium" which runs on Windows and Mac computers.
Stand & pedal unit included
The SP version of the B2+ comes with a practical piano stand with integrated triple pedal. This version is therefore aimed at customers who primarily want to use their B2+ at home, in the practice room or in music lessons. Precisely tailored to the dimensions of the B2+, the stand gives it a secure hold and the player a comfortable position on the instrument. The integrated, smooth-running triple pedal for sustain, Soft and Sostenuto including half-pedal function is connected to the B2+ with a plug. The SP piano stand can be set up in just a few minutes without any technical expertise.
Free music software
Korg provides a comprehensive software package as a free download for the b2+. Please refer to the Korg homepage for changes and operability on Windows and Mac systems.
