The B2+ from Korg is a beautiful stage piano with an 88-key hammer action keyboard and a 2x 15 watt stereo speaker system. The NH keyboard used has a natural weighting and adjustable velocity. The easy-to-play instrument is aimed at beginners and professionals alike and offers 12 different sounds, which can be enhanced with reverb and Chorus effects if required. Whether classical, jazz, pop or in a band context, the sounds it contains can be used in many styles. The high polyphony of 120 voices is particularly useful for experienced players who play faster or when playing in pairs. This prevents played notes from being swallowed. The integrated metronome can be switched on at any time to provide rhythmic orientation when practicing. If you want to use the B2+ in combination with a DAW for composing, you will benefit from the USB connection, which transmits MIDI and audio.
Thanks to the included music holder, the Korg B2+ can not only hold sheet music, but also smartphones and tablets. For iOS devices (Apple), the Korg software Gadget 2 Le DAW and modules are included free of charge. This gives you the opportunity to go into detail with your skills, play other sounds in the software and also make recordings.
