The compact Korg Nu:Tekt NTS-4 performance mixer is the ideal control centre for small live set-ups, mobile jam sessions and creative desktop productions. Designed as a kit, the mixer is easy to assemble yourself – no soldering skills required. This makes it perfect for musicians, producers and synthesiser enthusiasts who want to customise their setup. Whether it’s a mini-synthesiser, drum machine, effects unit or compact groovebox setup: with its 2 mono and 4 stereo channels in the 3.5 mm mini-jack format, the mixer offers flexible connection options in the smallest of spaces.

The two mono channels feature PAN controls and can also be switched internally to Eurorack levels, allowing the mixer to be seamlessly integrated into modular setups. Each channel features a SEND control as well as MUTE and CUE buttons, allowing signals to be intuitively controlled, previewed and creatively incorporated into the performance. For connection to a PA system, audio interface or studio monitoring, the mixer offers two main outputs in 6.3 mm jack format, as well as a headphone output via a 3.5 mm mini-jack.

A particular highlight is the integrated effects section. Effects available for the send path include delay, ping-pong delay, various reverb and slap reverb algorithms, and chorus. In addition, global effects such as LPF, HPF, Isolator, Flanger, Phaser, Decimator, Drive, Distortion, Compressor and Limiter can be applied to shape the entire mix live and process it dynamically. External effects units can also be integrated into the setup via the effects loop.

Thanks to the built-in USB audio/MIDI interface with 24-bit resolution, the performance mixer can also be integrated directly into computer-based production environments. Audio In/Out and MIDI Out via 3.5 mm mini-jack s further expand the connection options. The sturdy aluminium casing ensures a robust feel, whilst the 7-segment LED display provides a clear overview during operation. Power is supplied flexibly via USB-C or an optionally available 9V mains adaptor.
