Korg SV-1 88 MR

The Korg SV-1 88 MR 88 Key Vintage Stage Piano Metallic Red contains 36 sounds, four insert effects, 36 demo songs, 80-voice polyphony, and comes in metallic red. The cabinet of this piano defines the SV-1 providing a retro-chic aesthetic. The 36 sounds in the SV-1 include electric pianos, acoustic pianos, organs, strings and synths.

The superb sound generation of the SV-1 is further enhanced with the inclusion of six separate stages of signal processing, all bypass-able. Included is an Equaliser, Pre FX (Compression, Boost, U-Vibe, Chorus/Vibrato, Tremolo and Wah), Amp Models, Modulation FX (Chorus, Phaser, Flanger and Rotary), and Reverb/Delay. Four types of reverb are provided, along with a classic tape-echo, plus a tempo-based digital delay, complete with a tap tempo switch.

The SV-1 is equipped with Korg's finest graded-hammer action keyboard with a Function button that provides access to eight different tuning curves including equal, grand piano stretch, electric piano stretch, electric grand, upright stretch, detuned and two user-definable types. Overall tuning can also be accessed via the Function button and adjusted by using the EQ treble control. The SV-1 is equipped with balanced XLR and 1/4" outputs, L/R audio inputs, MIDI I/O jacks, a USB MIDI Port, and three pedal connections of Damper, Pedal 1 and Pedal 2. The Damper pedal is included, and responds to half-pedalling for an authentic piano response.
