Solid-wood Concert Acoustic Guitar

At the heart of the sound production are, without a doubt, the exquisite solid tonewoods. Featuring a top made from European spruce and a back and sides made from East Indian rosewood, these are popular classics which, when combined, produce an exceptionally balanced tone. Spruce shines with a clear sound featuring brilliant trebles, which are perfectly complemented by the rosewood’s rich mids and basses. This instrument is excellent for both virtuoso solo playing and powerful vocal accompaniment, making it an ideal choice at all times.

Construction and Design

The ergonomic design of the slim Concert model, in particular, makes playing a pure delight. Its non-slip Cedro neck with a C-profile and a nut width of 43 mm sits comfortably in the hand and meets all the requirements for delicate picking. The fretting hand glides effortlessly across the smooth ebony fingerboard, whilst the shortened scale length of 630 mm reduces the effort required for fingering. Meanwhile, the guitar also impresses with its sophisticated design, the details of which exude a natural sense of luxury. The open-pore natural finish beautifully highlights the wood’s grain and harmonises perfectly with the rosette, which features a wooden core with decorative shavings, the mahogany bindings and the rosewood tuning pegs.

At the heart of the system is a patented under-saddle pickup that captures the vibrations of the soundboard rather than the string pressure. The result is a warm, open and dynamic sound with exceptional detail. Thanks to its discrete electronics, the integrated preamp offers high headroom and particularly low-noise signal transmission. With the volume and tone controls (VTC – Volume & Tone Control) discreetly positioned in the soundhole, the sound can be adjusted quickly and intuitively at any time without compromising the guitar’s appearance.
