Ludwig Green Sparkle Shell Set - Keystone X

The Ludwig Keystone X Mod L76204AX54 Green Sparkle is a four piece shell set with Green Sparkle wrap finish. The four drum shells are made of 3 plies of North American Maple, each enclosed by a ply of American Red Oak on the inside and outside. This results in a dry sound with high volume and powerful, dry tone. The 45° bearing edge provides optimal head contact and a consistent, clean sound. Manufactured entirely in the USA. Featuring a polished Silver Badge on each of the four shells, Mini Classic Lugs and Remo Emperor Clear heads, the Keystone X series offers the same quality as the Ludwig Classic Maple drums and the Legacy series.

Keystone X: Classic Maple Shells with EQ

On Ludwig's Keystone X drums, the famous three-ply Classic Maple shells are each wrapped inside and out with American Red Oak. This special oak wood gives the shells a kind of equalizer by focusing and articulating the tone. Furthermore, the special construction creates a voluminous, powerful sound with that extra bit of attack. Additional resonance is provided by the 45° bearing edge in the middle, on which the batter head fits perfectly.
