High quality made and holds the instruments perfectly without contact on the varnish. Very stable so little chance of knocking the instrument over. Lightweight and solidly built. I'm very happy with these for my 5 cellos!

A really good solid budget stand and feels well made. Does not fold easily, so good for home studio use only where fixed in one place.

A really sturdy well made stand. It is not designed for portability so if you want it for travelling then not a good choice as it doesn't fold up particularly well to be easily manageable. However, for a home/studio stand it is ideal and really good value compared to other stands. The cello stands on it's endpin in the cup and supported about the waist which seems a much better idea than hanging it from the neck as some guitar-like stands offer (ok for guitar though).
