To limit the footprint of microphone stands in our rehearsal space, I went looking for a sturdy alternative. With this stand, I have found everything I need: It's capable of supporting heavy bass drum mics as well as guitar cab mics, it's stable, easy to move and setup is a breeze. If I'm ever in need of more stands, I would certainly buy these again!
