Noiseless power supply for studio, stage and hybrid setups
The Silent Alchemist from myVolts is a specialized USB power hub for musicians, producers and audio technicians that addresses exactly where many setups run into problems: the power supply. In modern studios, controllers, interfaces, pedals, synthesizers and laptops are often connected to the mains at the same time. If the power supply is not clean, hum, interference or ground loops can quickly occur.
The myVolts Silent Alchemist was developed precisely for this situation. With isolated outputs, intelligent power management and flexible connection options, the hub supplies several devices simultaneously in a stable, reliable and, above all, noise-free manner.
At the heart of the Silent Alchemist are seven isolated multi-voltage USB outputs specially designed for audio and music equipment. Each output is fully decoupled, preventing interference between connected devices.
A high-performance USB-C port with up to 100 watts is also available. This means that even powerful devices such as laptops or larger audio interfaces can be reliably supplied with power.
The Silent Alchemist supports USB Power Delivery voltage profiles up to 20 volts, making it highly compatible with current and older devices. The hub can be operated both via a classic DC mains connection and via USB-C PD.
This opens up flexible scenarios: stationary in the studio, mobile with a power bank or as a central power supply in a live rack.
The integrated UPS function (uninterruptible power supply) is a particularly practical extension. If the main power source fails, an alternative power source such as a connected power bank automatically takes over.
Especially for live shows, recording sessions or streaming setups, this function prevents unexpected interruptions and protects running devices from sudden power loss.
The Silent Alchemist can be expanded via an additional 24 V DC output. This allows several hubs to be connected together or external pedal power supplies to be integrated.
This makes the system particularly interesting for larger studio rigs or modular live setups with many devices.
Many audio problems do not arise in the signal path, but in the power supply. USB devices in particular often share the same ground line, which can cause interference to be transmitted between devices. By electrically isolating the outputs, the Silent Alchemist prevents precisely this effect and ensures that sensitive audio devices work stably and cleanly.
