The Mackie Thrash212 V2 is the updated version of the popular 12-inch active loudspeaker and combines raw power with significantly greater flexibility for everyday live use. With 1,300 watts of Class D power, robust construction, a modernised design and new features such as voicing modes, a feedback eliminator and Bluetooth®, the Thrash212 V2 is a powerful solution for bands, DJs, rehearsal rooms, schools, clubs and mobile sound systems.
Whether used as a compact PA speaker, vocal system, DJ speaker or stage monitor, the Mackie Thrash212 V2 is designed for ease of use, reliable sound and quick adaptation to different applications.
The Mackie Thrash212 V2 has been given a more modern design and now offers valuable features already familiar from the Thump series. Particularly useful are the four voicing modes – Flat, DJ, Live and Wedge – which allow the sound to be adapted to the specific application at the touch of a button. In addition, the built-in Feedback Eliminator helps to effectively reduce annoying microphone feedback and whistling. Another new feature is Bluetooth®, which allows music, backing tracks or background tracks to be conveniently streamed from a smartphone. The Link function enables the signal to be sent to a second speaker, either for true stereo playback or dual-mono operation.
With the new voicing modes, the Mackie Thrash212 V2 can be quickly adapted to different applications. ‘Flat’ offers neutral and uncoloured reproduction, ideal for set-ups with a dedicated FOH mix or external sound processing.
DJ is suitable for pre-recorded music and provides extra punch with a bass boost. Live is optimised for vocals, speech and typical live applications. Wedge optimises the sound when the speaker is used as a side-filling stage monitor.
The integrated Feedback Eliminator is particularly useful for microphone use, public address systems and vocal set-ups. It reduces disruptive feedback and whistling noises before they interrupt a performance, rehearsal or presentation.

Thanks to Bluetooth streaming, music can be played directly from a smartphone, tablet or compatible device. This is ideal for interval music, backing tracks, DJ sets, presentations or quick music playback without cables.
The microphone input remains available, so speech or vocals can be used simultaneously. The Link function allows the Bluetooth signal to be transmitted to a second speaker, either for true stereo playback or for dual-mono sound reinforcement.
