The Mackie Thump18Sv4 is an active 18" PA subwoofer for users who need even more depth and sound pressure in their sound reinforcement system. A phase reverse switch and a mono/stereo switch extend the customization options and help to ensure that the overall system is perfectly matched.

On the connection side, the Mackie Thump18Sv4 is set up professionally and practically. It has two balanced XLR inputs and four balanced XLR outputs, including two full-range and two high-pass outputs. This allows the subwoofer to be versatilely integrated into various signal paths. An input gain control and an overload LED are available for easy everyday operation. Peak and RMS limiters as well as a temperature protection circuit are also integrated to protect the electronics and speaker equipment, which supports reliable operation even at higher levels.

Despite its performance, the Thump18Sv4 is designed for practical use. Integrated carrying handles make transportation easier, the front LED can be switched off if required and an optional SPM400 distance rod can be used to mount a top section via the M20 thread.
