With the Maestro Invader Distortion, the time-honoured effects company sends a versatile distortion pedal with stylish voicing for hard rock and metal into the race. The fully analogue circuit of the effect pedal goes to work with the right amount of aggression and delivers a juicy high-gain distortion with rich overtone content and dominant assertiveness that presents riffs with whipping pressure and lets solos cut through the mix. In order to keep the noise created by high gain in check and to accentuate staccato riffs precisely, Maestro also equips the Invader pedal with a switchable noise gate, the threshold of which can be adjusted via a trim knob on the inside. The straightforward control panel with controls for Gain, Tone and Level also grants full control over the sound.
